What's included?

All live classes are included and they are streamed securely via zoom and there is something there for everyone. 


Strength & Balance (40mins)

Beginners class that is designed for people who feel more unsteady and want to challenge and develop strength in their deep stabiliser muscles and coordination of movement in different directions with safe and effective exercises. 


Strength & Mobility (40 mins)

Beginners class that improves strength & mobility around the chest, spine, shoulders, hips and ankles for a better functioning and pain-free body. 


Strength & Core (45-50mins)

Exercises that building functional strength with an emphasis on core strength, allowing you to move more easily with better posture. I'll teach you how to make exercises easier or harder with minimal equipment. 


Box+ (45-50mins)

Teaching you the basic moves of boxing with additional strengthening exercises to complement this core dominant class. There are no high-impact movements and there are non-floor-based modifications for those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.    


As well as live exercise classes your membership includes access to a growing library of on-demand video workouts and health educational videos you can do in your own time from the comfort of your own home.


You can interact with other members and there are groups for people to share experiences, recipes, hobbies and successes. 

Membership FAQ

Can I pay as you go? 

You can pay as you go for each class but you will not have access to the on-demand service. 

Setting up a recurring payment is easy and far more cost-effective. 


If I set up a recurring payment when will the money be taken out of my account?

Payments are set up through Stripe and are processed on the same day each month that you set up your subscription. 

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Of course! It will be sad to see you go but you can cancel at any time. As long as you cancel before your subscription is processed. You will then have access till the end of the month that your remaining subscription paid for. 

How many classes can I attend? 

You can attend all classes if you wish, but most people attend 2, however some people attend 1 class a week others attend 3. Some just do classes on-demand in their own time as this suits their routine. There is so much flexibility, but I would recommend doing at least 2 classes a week to get the full benefit. 

Do I still pay for missed sessions when you are away or when I'm on holiday? 

I calculate memberships on a 48 week year. This way you can have 2 weeks off a year and I have 2 weeks off a year without paying for a service you aren't using. As my platform is virtual I do occasionally present classes on location so there is minimal disruption and I can have a better work/life balance. I would hate for you to ever feel out of pocket. 

How do I access the live sessions?

All classes are presented via Zoom. You can download the app onto your laptop or mobile phone device and I will send you a Zoom link to access my classes. Please do not share this with other people.
