Strength & Balance (40mins)
Beginners class that is designed for people who feel more unsteady and want to challenge and develop strength in their deep stabiliser muscles and coordination of movement in different directions with safe and effective exercises.
Box & Mobility (40 mins)
Boxing is a fun way to challenge our reflexes, balance, coordination, cardiovascular and brain health. Paired with strength exercises that complement better mobility and agility.
Functional Strength & Core (45-50mins)
Exercises that building functional strength with an emphasis on core strength, allowing you to move more easily with better posture. I'll teach you how to make exercises easier or harder with minimal equipment.
Teaching you the basic moves of boxing with additional strengthening exercises to complement this core dominant class. There are no high-impact movements and there are non-floor-based modifications for those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.
As well as live exercise classes your membership includes access to a growing library of on-demand video workouts and health educational videos you can do in your own time from the comfort of your own home.
You can interact with other members and there are groups for people to share experiences, recipes, hobbies and successes.
