About Lydia

I am passionate about food and improving lives through good nutrition and supporting a sensible and healthy relationship with what we eat. As a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant, I break through the nutrition nonsense to help individuals and groups of people Eat Better Today for their mental and physical wellbeing.

With 20 years’ experience working in the field of nutrition, both within the NHS and more recently within my own business, I’ve realised it’s not just the what we eat but the how and why we eat that is so fascinating and leads to long term change.

Juggling food, life, health and wellbeing can be tough in a world where we’re overwhelmed with mixed messages. So, I’m driven to combine all my knowledge and skill to provide practical, science backed, dietary guidance and behavioural therapy with compassion.

What can I offer your business?

Healthy employees are happier and more productive. I offer bespoke, evidence-based talks and workshops on a variety of nutrition and wellbeing topics designed to inspire employees to tweak their food habits so that they feel energised throughout their working day and make lasting changes that positively impacts their long-term health and wellbeing.

What can I offer you as an individual?

My unique whole-person approach, Eat Better Today, allows women to learn how to nourish mind and body, explore their eating behaviours and relationship with food, as well as connect with their health needs for lasting change.

In particular, I love providing a fresh approach that supports women with their weight, their relationship with food and coping with the changes that the menopause brings.
